Adonis

The Villa

Villa Adonis is a three-floor maisonette and is beautifully cared for in the smallest detail. Situated above the island’s ring road and surrounded by pine trees and olive groves, Villa Adonis offers breathtaking panoramic views of the sea and mountains. It consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower cabins, an open-plan living area with a kitchen and two balconies. There is a washing machine and dishwasher for a convenient and restful stay. There is also free private parking space outside the maisonette.

Location

Villa Adonis is located in the coastal resort of Skala Rachoni, offering short walk access to nearby sandy beaches, local traditional tavernas, cafes, bars, fast food restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, and a playground for kids next to the church by the picturesque harbour. Several kid-friendly beaches as well as busier ones with lively beach bars are only a three-minute drive away. The Medical Centre in Prinos is 7 km away and open 24 hours a day.

The short distance to the island’s ferry ports makes it easy to take a trip to the Greek mainland. The villa is a 10–minute drive to Limenas ferry port and a 5-minute drive to Skala Prinos ferry port. From the ferry port in Skala Prinos, you can easily travel to Kavala on foot and enjoy a day in the beautiful city. Leave your car at the Skala Prinos ferry port when you begin your journey, and take it when you return from Kavala.

Sleep

On the ground floor there are two bedrooms. One bedroom has a single bed with an additional pull-out single bed underneath. This bedroom is suitable for 1 or 2 people. The other bedroom has a double bed for two people, and has direct access to the garden and swimming pool via a door. There is a shared bathroom accessible via the hallway between these rooms.

On the 1st floor there is a master bedroom with a double bed for 2 people, bathroom, and a balcony with a amazing view.

On the top floor there is a sofa bed with an additional sliding bed underneath it (suitable for two children), and a balcony with an amazing view.

Eat

There is a beautiful and modern kitchen on the top floor, fully-equipped with all the amenities for you to prepare from light snacks to big family meals, to enjoy either in the dining area or outside on the terrace. Unroll the awning in the mornings for total shading, to enjoy your meals protected by the sun while viewing the Aegean sea. Roll it up in the evenings to be mesmerised by breathtaking sunsets, or have your dinner and drinks while viewing the starry night sky above you.

Entertainment

Lounge around the big swimming pool and get that perfect tan. Relax in the front garden with your own private barbeque and seating area, where you can sit and have a meal while your children play with a beautiful view of olive groves and pine-covered mountains.

In the living area, there is a flat screen TV with Greek and satellite TV channels as well as a DVD player for your family entertainment.

Child Safety

All door and window handles have optional safety locks to maximize toddler safety during your stay. There are also curved steps in the staircases and bedside frames, which may come in handy for young children.
