The Villa

MARKELA is a spacious 3-bedroom villa located just a few steps walk from Golden Beach.

It has three floors with three bedrooms and a loft, 2 fully-equipped kitchens, and three bathrooms (one on each floor). There are large balconies on the 1st and 2nd floor with amazing sea and mountain views of Golden Beach and Mount Ipsario. The villa’s garden provides all you need for a relaxing and safe place for children to play outside and enjoy the sunshine. Put your swimsuits on and walk to the beach and enjoy. Whenever you feel ready, just walk back to the villa for a rest.

The village centers of Skala Panagia and Skala Potamia are an easy 3 minute drive (or 10 minute walk) away in opposite directions. There you will find everything from supermarkets, butchers, bakeries, restaurants, cafes, bars and nightlife. Closer by you will find restaurants, beach bars, and a supermarket across the street.

Sleep

The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 11 people: 6 adults, 4 children, and a baby.

On the ground floor, there is a double bed and a baby cot. It also has a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.

The first floor has one bedroom for 2 adults and a sofa for 1 child in the living room. It also has one bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen.

The second floor is consisted of one bedroom with a double bed and a loft with a double size mattress where two more children or even adults can sleep. In the living room one more child could sleep on the sofa. It also has its own bathroom.

Eat

The fully-equipped kitchens are for cooking breakfast, meals, and snacks. Pots, pans, and everything you need to prepare a good home-cooked meal are provided in the villa.

There is a barbecue in the garden, and a kiosk where you can enjoy grilling your favorite meats and fish and enjoy them under the kiosk close to the barbecue.

Wi-Fi

Always stay connected with the villa’s private internet connection. The Wi-Fi signal reaches all three floors, but understandably the signal strength varies depending on where you are in the house. It is strongest on the middle floor (and balcony) because that is where the wireless router is located.

TV

It is possible to watch Greek TV channels. Films in English are with Greek subtitles.

Laundry

A washing machine allows you to keep your clothes fresh and clean during your stay. There are racks on the top floor balconies (where it’s nice and breezy) where you can hang-dry your laundry and beach towels to perfection.

Parking

There is public parking space just outside the villa entrance where you can park your cars.
