The 2-bedroom individual house ARIA inspires and awakens the senses. It is part of an elegant staggered complex of autonomous stone residences, featuring breathtaking sea and mountain views due to its location that overlooks the Golden Beach from end to end.

It is built for those who seek to escape an exhaustingly over stimulating urban environment and they are looking to relax and rejuvenate in a peaceful atmosphere, yet close to the beach and recreation. A stay in the verdant landscape of the ARIA area with an abundance of refreshing mountain air and sea breezes can give you the re-boot that you desperately need. The House

The ARIA single-storey house accommodates up to 4 adults in 2 adjoining double bedrooms, both furnished with queen-size double beds, linens and towels included. A double sofa bed in the living room sleeps comfortably 2 children (up to 12 years old).

Entering the street entrance you are in an open plan spacious living / dining room. The elegant kitchen motivates you to show off your culinary skills. It is fully equipped and provides cutlery, dinnerware set, pots, pans and everything you need to prepare a good home cooked meal. It’s up to you to serve it at the dining table, alternatively either on the spacious veranda facing the sea or on the broad front porch, furnished with outdoor furniture and sun beds. There you can also enjoy your coffee or drinks, taking pleasure in spectacular seascape and mountain views.

The bathroom (with shower cabin) is next to the bedrooms.
