It offers 3 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 adults and 4 children (0-12 years old) in its 100 sq.m. space.

THE HOUSE

Villa Virginia is a two-story maisonette with a ground floor studio that has an independent entrance. The studio is an open-plan area with a double bed, kitchen, living room, dining room, and bathroom. The garden features a relaxing gazebo, which is a nice and quiet place for guests to gather. The communal area surrounding the garden provides a safe and enjoyable space for children to play outside in the sun. The maisonette’s large furnished balconies on the floors offer stunning views of the sea and lush green forests. The first floor also has an open-plan area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, and a bathroom, while the second floor features 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom.

THE ACCOMMODATION

Villa Virginia comfortably accommodates groups of up to 10 people, with a maximum of 6 adults and 4 children. The 2 upstairs bedrooms are furnished with double beds, each for 2 persons. The studio adds 2 more adults to the total. Additionally, the sofas in the 2 living rooms on the 1st floor and in the studio easily convert into double beds for 4 children (0-12 years).

EAT & DRINK

The fully equipped kitchen on the first floor has all the facilities and utensils needed to prepare home-cooked meals, breakfast, and snacks. Guests can enjoy their meals at the dining tables or on the furnished terraces, with beautiful views. The private garden, furnished with an outdoor dining area, is perfect for enjoying meals prepared in the studio’s kitchen. The central market of Skala Potamia is a 5-minute walk away and offers supermarkets, bakeries, butchers, and fishmongers to buy the ingredients of your choice.

PROVISIONS & FACILITIES

All areas of the maisonette are air-conditioned, while a fan is sufficient for the naturally cooled studio. A washing machine is available for guests to use during their stay. Doors and windows are protected by insect repellent screens, and a strong Wi-Fi signal is available throughout the villa. Plenty of free public parking is available next to the building.

WHAT’S AROUND

Golden Beach is the lively tourist center of Thassos, offering everything from tavernas, restaurants, snack bars, cafes, bars, and water sports to nightlife and more. Petrol stations, ATMs, and large supermarkets make for a carefree stay. The 98 km long asphalt ring road around the island passes close to the villa, providing easy and quick access to all the places of tourist interest on the island. The main port of the capital is only 20 minutes away. Visitors can arrive at Villa Virginia by car, taxi, or the frequent local bus services.
