Aliki’s Luxury Rooms – 3 furnished rooms (an entire complex)

The guests of “Aliki’s Luxury Rooms” sitting on its large terraces feel that they cannot get enough of gazing at the vastness of the Aegean and the magnificent landscape of Alyki. Besides, they go down to the lovely beaches after a short walk. The complex is architecturally designed to follow the traditional single-storey masonry. Externally the roofs are covered by slate slabs and internally by beautiful wood ceiling cladding, providing perfect natural air conditioning.

After the guests pass through the wooden gate into the fenced courtyard, they instantly notice the cobblestone pavement that dominates the scenery in absolute harmony with the environment. On either side of the pathway, the doorways of the 3 independent rooms welcome you. The terraces are located on the opposite side, overlooking the sea and the garden. The left one is the outdoor sitting room of the complex with comfortable furnishings and sunbeds. Large umbrellas protect the terrace from the Aegean sun that blazes down the garden from dawn till its fascinating sunset into the sea. By giving way to the starry summer sky, it lays the foundations for a congenial atmosphere. The guests can enjoy their evening coffee or drink while hearing the gentle wash of the waves caressing the seaside.

The guests, however, seem to be more drawn to the other terrace. The large picnic table beneath the shade of the trees, apart from the independent kitchen, can function as an all-day sitting and dining room.

SLEEP

The complex can accommodate up to 6 adults and 6 children (0-12 year-old). Every bedroom features a queen-size bed. The two bedrooms include a sofa, which, after unfolded, becomes a double bed for 2 children, while the third bedroom features a bunk bed for 2 children.

FOOD & DRINK

A fully-equipped kitchen provides you with all the necessary utensils for preparing home-cooked meals, breakfast and snacks, which you will then enjoy on the large terrace table nearby, beneath the shade of the trees with a stunning view of the Aegean and Alyki. Very close by, at a lower level of the garden, there is a stone grill for cooking meat or fish of your choice. Apart from the main kitchen stove, there is a second outdoor gas stove, ideal for pan-fried recipes. Simple delights during lunch or dinner with your loved ones always remain unforgettable.

AMENITIES & FACILITIES

Every room is air-conditioned and features a smart TV, a small fridge, a closet and a bathroom with a shower. Screens on windows and doors keep the insects away. The Wi-Fi signal is strong. All the necessary equipment for washing and ironing your clothes enables you to keep them fresh and clean throughout your stay. Children can enjoy the sun and playtime carelessly inside the large fenced garden while parents watch over them from the terrace above. Free secure parking is available in the driveway.
