Booking Guide
Each property on this website details the cost for rental. The price you see is for the entire apartment/house/villa, for the maximum number of persons as indicated. Minimum rental periods are 7 days. Changeover dates are by agreement with the owner.
You pay a risk-free booking deposit of 30% which is fully-refundable (minus bank or transfer fees) up to 30 days before your arrival date to confirm your reservation. We also offer FREE date changes up to 30 days before your arrival (subject to availability). The payment details will be provided to you when you're ready to make a booking. Regular bank transfer is accepted for all properties.
The remaining balance of 70% must be paid on arrival. If you choose to pay this by bank transfer, this must be done at least 3 days before your arrival in order to guarantee your booking. This will include a returnable damage deposit. (Cash in convertible currencies and traveler's cheques are accepted. Credit or debit card facilities are not available.) An inspection of the property's inventory will be performed with you upon arrival in order to make sure everything is in good condition for your stay. This will be done again before you leave and any damaged or missing items will be deducted from your damage deposit.
At the time of booking we will need your Full Name and Passport or ID number. If the booking is made under a company name, we will need the company's details as well.
Your stay will be self-catering. The holiday rental property will be cleaned for your arrival and after your departure. Fresh towels and linens will be provided for the number of guests included on the reservation. You will be provided with enough fresh sheets and towels to change twice per week. Cleaning will not be performed during your stay, this is the tenant's responsibility. In all cases, tenants are required to keep the property clean and tidy, inside and outside.
Please be sure to plan your arrival to and departure from Thassos accordingly. Check-in times are between the hours of 15:00 - 20:00. Check-out times are between the hours of 08:00 - 11:00. Arrivals after 20:00 and departures before 08:00 incur a €20 surcharge.
Upon arrival we will need you to sign a short letting agreement which details the conditions and house rules of the holiday let. We will email you a copy in advance of your holiday. By signing, you will confirm that you read and agreed to all of the conditions and house rules.
The property manager or owner will be available during the letting period to deal with any problems that might occur.

Damage/Security Deposit
It is normal for the owner (or his managing agent) to take a damage deposit from the tenant at the time of booking (also called a security deposit), to hold until the end of the rental period, which will be used, in the rare case, to pay for any losses the rental property suffers, e.g. if items are lost or broken.
At the end of the rental period, the damage deposit will be used as follows:
- Deduction will be made for the cost of any replacements, repairs and special cleaning,
- The balance (if any) will then be returned to the renter on leaving the accommodation.
Enhanced Cleaning Charge for Pet Stays
For the well-being of all our guests, including those with allergies, we apply a 100€ enhanced cleaning charge for pet stays. This contribution ensures the rental is thoroughly prepared for the next visitor.
