Description
The Villa
Villa Antoaneta II is a 2-floor maisonette located just 3 minutes walk/220 meters from Beach Bar ‘Paralia-center’ of Golden Beach.
Location is the perfect combination of maximum proximity to the sea and far enough from the noise. The nights are quite and breezy because of the location of the villas.
It has 2 bedrooms, a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. There are balconies on the 1st floor with amazing views of the green mountains and the majestic Mount Ipsario, the highest peak of Thassos at 1,204 meters. The villa’s garden and the common area provides a safe place for children to play outside and enjoy the sunshine.
The nearest supermarket is located 150 meters away and the nearest restaurants are 200 meters away.
The village centers of Skala Potamia and Skala Panagia are a short 3 minute drive (or 10 minute walk) away. There you will find everything from supermarkets, butchers, bakeries, restaurants, cafes, bars and nightlife.
Sleep
The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. On the top floor, there are two bedrooms each with a double bed. In the living room there is a sofa that can sleep 2 children.
Eat & Drink
The fully-equipped kitchen offers an oven and stove for cooking breakfast, meals, and snacks. Pots, pans, and everything you need to prepare a good home-cooked meal are provided in the villa. There are also a boiler for hot water, a coffee machine, toaster and microwave.
Outside there is garden furniture so you may enjoy eating and drinking outdoors. The balconies on the first floor have a fantastic view and are perfect for relaxing. There is also a dining table in the kitchen where you can enjoy your meals.
