The spacious town-home of 95 sq.m. (950 s.f.) contains a master bedroom with a king size bed, a lounge area with a sofa-bed for 2 adults, a fully equipped kitchen with a 6-seat dining table, a sizable living room, 2 bathrooms and a full-face balcony. The sectional couch (L-shaped) in the living room can sleep 2 kids up to 12 years of age. The furnishing is characterized by high quality and superior design. The provided amenities are of equal quality.

LOCATION

Arriving from the mainland, by ferries that operate dozens crossings daily with a duration of 35 minutes, you land to Limenas, where one can spend their dream vacation. In a 2 km radius you can find more than 10 fully organized beaches offering sea sports and more.

Limenas is well connected to the rest of the island via the local road network and is in close proximity to many resorts and other organized beaches on the east and west side of the island. The fully equipped Medical Health Centre is located a short distance of 20 km distance. Limenas is the financial center of the island where you can have easy access to banks, telecommunication companies, the central bus station and agencies for daily cruises around the island. Finally, Limenas is the biggest shopping hub on the island and has the most fun night life.

“ARTIO maisonette” is very close to the Ancient Agora, the Archaeological Museum as well as a guarded playground that fills up with children every afternoon. The shopping walkway, which passes outside ARTIO’s door, leads to the picturesque Old Port. Next to the colorful fishing boats stretches the popular homonymous beach. Famous taverns, cafes and bars operate along the coastal road.
