Description
The maisonette is part of a small complex. The owners chose the location to enjoy a refreshing summer holiday. The area offers serenity and, above all, the fantastic panoramic view of the magnificent bay of “Golden Beach”.
THE HOUSE
The two-storey house has a total area of 75 sq.m. On the ground floor there are 2 spacious bedrooms and the large bathroom with bathtub. The east bedroom has direct access to the private garden. Following the paved path of the courtyard, we reach the main entrance leading to the first floor. This consists of an open-plan kitchen/dining/living room, one more bathroom and a terrace with panoramic views.
SLEEP
The bedrooms are furnished with queen-size double beds for 4 adults, while in the living room the 3-seater sofa bed easily converts into a double bed for 2 children (up to 12 years old). Baby cot available on request.
FOOD & DRINK
The fully-equipped kitchen offers an oven and electric stove for cooking breakfast, meals, and snacks. Pots, pans, and everything you need to prepare a good home-cooked meal are provided. You will serve it at the dining table or outside on the spacious furnished terrace, where is also provided the use of a barbecue to grill meat and fish of your choice. The terrace awning protects the group from the strong sun during lunch, while the terrace is the perfect place for dinner and evening drinks, under the starry summer sky.
AMENITIES & FACILITIES
Both floors are air conditioned. Screens on windows and doors keep the insects away. There is a big smart TV in the living room. The laundry equipment allows you to keep your clothes fresh and clean during your stay. The house has private free parking for one car. Free street parking is available.
LOCATION
The popular bay of Golden Beach stretches from Skala Panagia to Skala Potamia for a distance of 2,5 kilometers. When the fine sand catches the sunlight, it sparkles like gold hence its name. The seaside is within a 10-minute walk away or 2-minute drive. Along the shore there are numerous restaurants, taverns, cafés, water sports and lively beach bars. In the settlements you will find supermarkets, bakeries, fishmongers, gas stations and ATMs. Nightlife offers a variety of entertainment. All the necessary services for an unforgettable vacation are indeed provided.
