Aglaie III

This lovely, detached villa is located near Golden Beach and the centre of Skala Potamia. This magnificent bay of fine golden sand, surrounded by spectacular evergreen forests, grey granite mountains outlined against the clear blue sky is a prefect and picturesque background. The beach, which is renowned for its crystal clear water, is a gentle five minutes walk from the house. You can stroll also to the centre of the resort of Skala Potamia, where there are numerous traditional tavernas, (a different one for every day of your vacation), attractive shops, cafes and bars.



The house features a private courtyard for out of door entertaining, equipped with barbecue, dining and outdoor seating. The modern interior is ideal for a holiday home, clean and functional with charming decor, which contributes to the open, roomy and relaxing atmosphere.



The house is constructed on two levels. On the upper level there is a dining room with a modern and well-equipped kitchen with all the appliances you can ask for, a bedroom with a balcony, opening on to the beautiful view of Golden Beach and a bathroom. Two further bedrooms and a master bathroom with washing machine are on the lower.



Private parking is available for up to 8 cars and is shared by the villas Aglaie 1, 2, and 3.
