House Fantasea is a spacious and comfortable 2-floor maisonette with a beautiful sea view. It’s located in the popular beach resort of Skala Potamia and is ideal for quiet family holidays by the sea. This area is full of beach bars, restaurants, supermarkets, souvenir shops, and much more, and the maisonette is just 25 minutes away from Limenas ferry port by car.

The beach is only 1 minute away by foot and is one of the most popular and beautiful beaches of the island. It is sandy and very shallow which makes it perfect for children to play in! It is also well-organized with sunbeds, umbrellas, and a lifeguard.

Outside the maisonette you will find a fenced green garden with a barbecue for your enjoyment. There is private parking space for 2 cars, exclusively for guests.

Walking into the 1st floor of the maisonette, you will find the kitchen, living room, and bathroom. The kitchen comes fully equipped and has vast countertops and cupboard space to make you feel at home. The living room is warmly decorated to help you relax and feel more at ease. There are two comfy sofas and one of them can convert to a double bed. On the sea-facing side, there is a big veranda where you can relax outside and enjoy the sea and mountain views.

Walking upstairs to the 2nd floor, you will find three bedrooms and another bathroom. All three bedrooms can sleep 5 people comfortably. The master bedroom has a double bed and a big balcony with an incredible sea view. The second bedroom has two single beds and a balcony with a beautiful mountain view. The third bedroom has one single bed and a beautiful mountain view as well.
