Description
The Villa
Villa Iris is a ground-floor studio and 2-floor maisonette, located just 5 minutes walk from Golden Beach.
The ground floor is an independent studio with 1 bedroom, living/dining space, a kitchenette and a bathroom. The first and second floors are a maisonette, composed of a living/dining room, a fully-equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. There are balconies on both floors with beautiful sea and mountain views. The villa’s garden and the common area provides a safe place for children to play outside and enjoy the sunshine.
The villages center of Skala Potamia is an easy 5 minute walk away. There you will find everything from supermarkets, butchers, bakeries, restaurants, cafes, bars and nightlife.
Sleep
The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 9 people. On the top floor, there are two bedrooms with double beds that will sleep 4 adults. In the living room, there is a sofa that will sleep comfortably 1 child and on the ground studio there is a double bed and 2 sofas that will sleep 2 adults and 2 children.
Eat & Drink
The fully-equipped kitchen offers an oven and stove for cooking breakfast, meals, and snacks. Pots, pans, and everything you need to prepare a good home-cooked meal are provided in the villa.There are also a boiler for hot water, a coffee machine, toaster and microwave.
There is a private garden with a table and chairs and a movable grill where you can prepare meals for your family and friends.
There is a dining table in the kitchen where you can enjoy your home-made breakfast and meals. There is also garden furniture so you can eat and drink outside. The balconies upstairs have a fantastic view and are perfect for relaxing.
In the ground-floor studio, you may heat some water or milk and use the fridge but there is no possibility of cooking and preparing meals.

TV & DVD
There are 2 TV sets in the villa, where you can practice your Greek or English as the English speaking films are accompanied always with Greek subtitles.
