This very modern maisonette is an easy 5 minutes stroll to Golden Beach and to all facilities of the holiday resort of Skala Potamia. It is located in a small, new development which has become a true international community, with residents, both Greek and non Greek, living there all the year-round, as well as visiting for their extended summer holidays. It has easy access to the main road around the island, which is served all the year-round by buses from Limenas town, on the way to Kinira, Aliki and Limenaria, as well as providing easy access to all the shops, restaurants and bars of Skala Potamia and the swimming pools of nearby hotels. Anemos is a very spacious three-bedroom maisonette over three floors. The lower ground floor provides a large bedroom and a full size bathroom, the first floor has the kitchen, dining and living area, and toilet. The lounge opens to a roomy balcony which is sufficiently large to enable outdoor eating. The top floor has two bedrooms, a full-size bathroom and toilet and a balcony to the front with a magnificent view of the mountains.
