IDEAL FOR LARGE GROUPS

Situated at the elevated entrance of the famous Golden Beach resort, a complex of spacious houses has become a sought-after choice for large groups. Among them are the Vida residences, with House Vida 1 being a prominent option. Spanning an area of 150 sq.m. and featuring 4 bedrooms, this house comfortably accommodates 8 adults and 2 children (aged 0-12). With a quick three-minute drive, you can easily reach the beach and the local market.

THE HOUSE

Vida 1 is a three-storey maisonette designed to provide ample space for your group. The top floor comprises 3 bedrooms with double beds and a full bathroom. Beautiful balconies adorn the façades, offering views of the resort and the lush green forest. On the middle floor, accessible through the main entrance, you’ll find the open-plan kitchen, dining area, living room, and another bathroom. A spacious balcony overlooking the private garden adds a charming touch. From this floor, you can also access the large furnished veranda in the courtyard, perfect for gatherings. The garden and private courtyard provide a safe and sun-filled area for children to play. The lower floor is an open-plan space with a double bed, living area, and bathroom.

ACCOMMODATION

House Vida 1 comfortably accommodates groups of up to 10 people, including 8 adults and 2 children. The 3 double beds in the upper bedrooms can accommodate 6 adults, while an additional 2 adults can sleep in the double bed on the lower floor. The sofa in the living room easily converts into a bed suitable for 2 children (aged 0-12).

FOOD & DRINK

The fully equipped kitchen offers all the necessary facilities and utensils for preparing home-cooked meals, breakfast, and snacks. A dishwasher is provided to make kitchen cleanup effortless. Meals can be enjoyed in the dining room or on the furnished patio terrace in the inner courtyard, especially if you plan to grill meats and fish from the local market using the portable BBQ. The village of Chryssi Ammoudia offers supermarkets, bakeries, butchers, and fishmongers for all your shopping needs.

All rooms in the maisonette are air-conditioned, ensuring a comfortable stay. A washing machine is available for your convenience to keep your clothes fresh and clean. Gas stations, ATMs, and large supermarkets are conveniently located, ensuring a carefree stay. The well-connected asphalt ring road that encircles the island allows for easy and quick access to all the island’s tourist attractions. The main port of the capital is just a 20-minute drive away. Visitors can reach the house by car, taxi, or frequent local bus services.
