This spacious maisonette is conveniently located near the main road in Skala Rachoni and is a short stroll away from a long and sandy beach. It has access to all amenities and is about a 5 minute walk to the centre, a 5 minute drive from the ferry port in Skala Prinos and a 10 minute drive to Thassos Town and its port.

The villa has three bedrooms spanning 3 floors. Two bedrooms and a bathroom are on the ground floor, one of which opens into the swimming pool area. The third bedroom is on the top floor as well as another bathroom. There is a fully equipped kitchen which opens into the living / dining room on the first floor. Two large balconies offer a superb view of the Aegean sea and mainland Greece.

There is a small yard where kids can play and where you can enjoy a barbeque. Safe and clean beaches are very closeby. A large parking area is also available next to the villa. Every Monday morning there is a bazaar in Prinos Village (10 minutes by car) offering a good choice of clothes, home textiles, shoes, bric-a-brac, vegetables, fruit, flowers, etc.
