Description
This new and spacious maisonette is conveniently located near the main road in Skala Rachoni, a short stroll away from a long sandy beach. It’s just a 10 minute walk to the village centre, a 5 minute drive from the ferry port in Skala Prinos and a 15 minute drive to Thassos Town (Limenas) and its ferry port.
It has three floors with large balconies and a wonderful view to the Aegean sea. It consists of four bedrooms, three of them with a double bed and one of them with a single bed, two bathrooms and a modern fully-equipped kitchen which opens into the living / dining room.
Right beside the maisonette is a big swimming pool and there is a small yard where kids can safely run and play. There’s a large parking area which offers shade by the surrounding olive trees.
