Description
If you are planning a self-catering vacation this summer in Thassos with your family or with a group of 6 - 8 adults and 2 - 4 children, then House Sunny in Skala Rachoni is waiting for you as an ideal destination just 275 m away from the sandy beach.
The three-level maisonette is part of a small residential complex overlooking the sea, the surrounding olive grove and the lush forests. It was built in 2022 with unique architectural aesthetic and high international standards. It has a total area of 150 sqm. House Sunny was planned as a maisonette, partly two-storey combined with a semi-basement apartment that can be excluded from the rental. The main two-storey maisonette (112 sqm) consists of 3 bedrooms, a large open plan living room - kitchen - dining room, and 2 bathrooms. The apartment on the lower level is connected to the ground floor via an internal staircase. It consists of a bedroom and an open plan living/dining room. If you are interested in renting only the maisonette you will have a discount of 60 Euros per night in the high season and 50 Euros per night in the middle and low season. If you would like to exclude it from your reservation, please let us know.
SLEEP
On the top floor, there is a bathroom and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds. On the ground floor, there is a third bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. The sofa in the living room easily opens to twin beds for 2 children (up to 12 years old). The semi-basement bedroom is furnished with a split king size double bed for 2 adults, while 2 children sleep comfortably on the spacious sofas in the living room. In the main maisonette, stay 6 adults and 2 children plus 2 more adults and 2 children in the lower apartment. A total of 8 adults and 4 children are accommodated.
FOOD & DRINK
The fully-equipped kitchen offers an oven and electric stove for cooking breakfast, meals, and snacks. Pots, pans, and everything you need to prepare a good home-cooked meal are provided. You will serve it at the 6-seater dining table or outside on the spacious furnished terraces. The impressive upstairs terrace is the perfect place for dinner and evening drinks with your friends, under the starry summer sky. Ιn the garden is provided the use of a large built barbecue to grill meat and fish of your choice. The additional apartment also has a dining area, refrigerator, and coffee maker.
AMENITIES & FACILITIES
All floors are individually air-conditioned. Screens on windows and doors keep the insects away. There are 5 smart TVs in the sitting rooms and bedrooms. The Wi-Fi signal is strong. In the garden, there is private free parking for one car. Free secure parking is available in the driveway. A/C, WiFi and taxes are included in the price. The laundry equipment allows you to keep your clothes fresh and clean during your stay.
LOCATION
In the resort area operate restaurants, taverns, snack bars, beach bars and café, a gas station and one of the largest supermarkets on the island. The asphalted ring road that goes around the island passes a few meters in front of your entrance, making it easy for you to reach any of the island’s beaches and attractions quickly and conveniently. You will get there by your car, taxi or the frequent bus routes. Skala Rachoni is located on the road between the two ports of the island. It is 4,5 km away from the port of Prinos and 12,5 km away from Limenas, which is the capital and financial center of the island.
