The Villa

Villa Anna is a spacious 3-bedroom maisonette located just 5 minutes walk from Golden Beach.

It has three floors with three bedrooms, two living rooms, two fully-equipped kitchens and three bathrooms. There are large balconies on the 1st and 2nd floor with amazing views of the green mountains and the majestic Mount Ipsario, the highest peak of Thassos at 1,204 meters. The villa’s garden provides a safe place for children to play outside and enjoy the sunshine.

The village center of Skala Potamia is an easy 3 minute drive (or 10 minute walk) away. There you will find everything from supermarkets, butchers, bakeries, restaurants, cafes, bars and nightlife.

Sleep

This 3-bedroom, 3-floor maisonette can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people. On the top floor, there are two bedrooms with 2 double beds. On the middle floor, in the living room there is a sofa bed for 2 children. On the bottom floor, there is one bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room for 2 more children.

Eat

There are 2 fully-equipped kitchens that offer an oven and stove for cooking breakfast, meals, and snacks. Pots, pans, and everything you need to prepare a good home-cooked meal are provided in the villa.

Conveniently, there is a barbecue on the balcony next to the 1st floor kitchen, where you can enjoy grilling your favorite meats and fish. This balcony is always in the shade thanks to its tucked-away position, so you won’t get hot or burned from the sun while grilling.

The big dining table in the kitchen can seat 6 people and can be expanded to seat up to 8 people. You can also enjoy your delicious meals outside on the spacious balcony.

Wi-Fi

Always stay connected with the villa’s private internet connection. The Wi-Fi signal reaches all three floors, but understandably the signal strength varies depending on where you are in the house. It is strongest on the middle floor (and balcony) because that is where the wireless router is located.

TV

There are two big LCD flat screen TVs, one in each living room.

Laundry

A washing machine allows you to keep your clothes fresh and clean during your stay. There are racks on the top floor balconies (where it’s nice and breezy) where you can hang-dry your laundry and beach towels to perfection.
