This 3-floor maisonette is a gentle 5 minute walk from Golden Beach and Skala Potamia’s village center. It is part of a small, tucked-away international community where local Thassians and non Greeks both live all year round or spend their summer holidays. The main peripheral road of the island is just around the corner from this development, giving you easy access to the whole of Thassos and its many beautiful villages and beach resorts. The community shares a parking area that is dedicated to the residence and holiday-makers alike.

The top floor consists of two bedrooms, two balconies and a bathroom with a proper bathtub. The largest bedroom of the villa is on the bottom floor connected by a private door and staircase. The middle floor consists of a large, open living room (with an air-conditioning), a dining area with a fully-equipped kitchen, a balcony with a barbecue, a bathroom with shower facilities, and a large veranda on the outside of the entrance. The garden has a short fence all around which makes it ideal for keeping small children safe and close by.
