Dina

The Villa

Villa Dina is a spacious 3-bedroom maisonette located just 5 minutes walk from Golden Beach.

It has three floors with three bedrooms, two living rooms, a fully-equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. There are large balconies on the 1st and 2nd floor with amazing views of the green mountains and the majestic Mount Ipsario, the highest peak of Thassos at 1,204 meters. The villa’s garden provides a safe place for children to play outside and enjoy the sunshine.

The village center of Skala Potamia is an easy 3 minute drive (or 10 minute walk) away. There you will find everything from supermarkets, butchers, bakeries, restaurants, cafes, bars and nightlife.

Sleep

The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. On the top floor, there are two bedrooms; one bedroom can sleep two adults on a king-size double bed (with two adjoined single mattresses), the other bedroom can sleep two adults on a double bed. On the bottom floor, there is one bedroom that can sleep two adults on a double bed and in the living room two children can sleep on the sofa bed.

Eat

The fully-equipped kitchen offers an oven and stove for cooking breakfast, meals, and snacks. Pots, pans, and everything you need to prepare a good home-cooked meal are provided in the villa.

Conveniently, there is a barbecue on the balcony next to the kitchen, where you can enjoy grilling your favorite meats and fish. This balcony is always in the shade thanks to its tucked-away position, so you won’t get hot or burned from the sun while grilling.

The big dining table in the kitchen can seat 6 people and can be expanded to seat up to 8 people. You can also enjoy your delicious meals outside on the spacious balcony.

Satellite TV & DVD

The big 40” LCD flat screen TV offers popular international channels with movies, cartoons, documentaries, news and more. It also has a DVD player so you can bring your favorite movies or kids’ favorite cartoons from home. Downstairs it is pleasantly cool during the hot summer months, perfect for relaxing and watching a good television program!

The 32” LCD TV upstairs shares the satellite channels which means you can watch the same programs from both TV sets simultaneously.

Laundry

A washing machine allows you to keep your clothes fresh and clean during your stay. There are racks on the top floor balconies (where it’s nice and breezy) where you can hang-dry your laundry and beach towels to perfection.
