House Breeze is a three-story maisonette, part of a stylish residential complex with a large communal swimming pool. Two spacious balconies offer stunning views of the Aegean Sea and magnificent sunsets. The open sea horizon reaches all the way to the distant shores of the mainland. It is located a short stroll from the beautiful sandy beach of Skala Rachoni.

Description

The house accommodates up to 8 people. It consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers, and an open plan kitchen/dining/living area. The patio next to the pool gives you the lucky chance to enjoy privacy with your family and friends.

CLEANLINESS

Full laundry equipment (washing machine, drying racks, ironing equipment) helps keep your clothes fresh and clean during your stay. With the dishwasher, tidying up becomes much easier.

Right beside the maisonette we provide a very large shared swimming pool with sun loungers ideal for a swim and a perfect place to build up your tan away from prying eyes, while children play safely on the natural lawn of the fenced garden.

There is ample secure parking next to Breeze in the shade of the olive trees.

Location

The complex is next to the island’s asphalted ring road of 98 Km, giving you easy access to any of the island’s beaches and attractions quickly and conveniently! If you don’t drive, the regular bus stop is close to your entrance as well. The entire area is surrounded by olive groves. Leaving “Breeze”, you reach the center of the coastal settlement and the local market within a short walking distance. Skala Rachoni is located on the road between the two ports of the island. It is a 5-minute drive from the ferry port in Skala Prinos and a 15-minute drive to Thassos town, which is the capital and financial center of the island.

The coast stretches for 5 km forming various fine sand beaches with warm shallow waters, engaging not only to children but to the whole family. Pine trees and the olive groves cast their shadow over the sea offering natural protection from the sun’s rays. It is at the vacationer’s discretion whether they will enjoy swimming in organized beaches or they will discover their hidden very own small shore. In the area there are family restaurants, taverns, snack bars, beach bars and café. Also, one of the island’s largest supermarkets and a gas station operate here.
