This beautiful villa sits in its own grounds and stands just 15m from a quiet beach and only 100m from the ruins of a prehistoric settlement. There is an unbroken view of the sea, and the nearby mountain is also visible.

A supermarket, bakery and pharmacy are within walking distance of the villa, while the only Medical Center/Hospital of the island is just a 5-minute drive away.

Situated in a small picturesque village, the villa is only a 20-minute drive from the two largest villages of the island, Limenas and Limenaria/Potos.

Another sandy beach is just 200m along the quiet road and many people choose this route to walk, jog or cycle along. Sun-loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge to customers of the seaside café or taverna.

There is easy access to the main peripheral road leading to all the beautiful villages and beach resorts of Thassos.

Description

With a living area of 180m² this newly built 2-story villa, has been constructed to the highest standards. The luxurious and spacious villa awaits guests in its 4 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, two large bathrooms, enormous lounge/sitting room and its large verandas. It is the ideal home away from home during your summer holidays.

To the front of the villa, there is a patio with two faucets. To the back, there is a lovely BBQ and a secluded garden, surrounded by trees, while to the side, parking is available for two cars.

The ground floor comprises a fully equipped kitchen, opening into a spacious dining/living room with wall to wall glass doors overlooking the beach. The master bedroom is situated on this floor and has a king-size bed and a wardrobe with mirrored doors. There is also a large tastefully decorated bathroom with bathtub and shower.

The second floor comprises 3 bedrooms, one of which is furnished with a double bed, a bunk bed and a big wardrobe, while the other 2 are fitted with one double bed and one wardrobe each. There is also a large second bathroom with shower unit. A comfortable sitting area leads onto the partially covered upper veranda which boasts an unbroken sea view. It’s the perfect place to relax, sunbathe and daydream while contemplating the blue sea and the passing sail boats, experience the spectacular sunset, gaze at the star filled night sky and why not……. be inspired to become a poet or philosopher!
