Villa Rosa offers a spacious ground-level apartment with 144 m² of living space. It’s located next to the ring road between Potamia village and Skala Potamia just 1800 meters from the sea and a 3-minute drive from Golden Beach.

The building is traditionally built with materials of wood, stone, and marble. The apartment offers three bedrooms, a large kitchen, and a very spacious living room. It can accommodate a maximum of 6 adults in the bedrooms, and up to 4 children can sleep comfortably on the 2 double sofa beds. There is also a baby cot available for an infant.

The apartment has a fully-equipped bathroom with a bathtub and one bathroom with a standing shower.

The garden is a major benefit of this property, offering a beautiful and private outdoor area for you to enjoy your morning coffee and breakfast under the rising sun while surrounded by greenery and nature. You can also find shade under the kiosk, where you can enjoy your meals outdoors even during the hot hours of the day. The surrounding views of the mountains, forests, and sea are magnificent, and we hope it will help you to fall in love with the island’s unique charm, as most tourists do.

From its location next to the ring road, you can easily travel to any point of the island for sightseeing, activities, and more.

Please note that the owner and his wife, who is a doctor (pediatrician), live on the upper level of Villa Rosa all year round. They will be discreet and respectful of your privacy. They are also very helpful should you need anything during your stay.
