Sunset Breeze

The Villa

Sunset Breeze is a 3 floor maisonette offering amazing sea views and sunsets, a short stroll away from the beautiful sandy beach of Skala Rachoni. The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers, an open plan living area and two balconies with superb views of the Aegean sea and mainland Greece.

The villa comes equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi.

Location

It is just a short walk to the beach, local traditional Greek tavernas, cafes, bars, and supermarkets. All along the coast, just a few minutes drive away there are many beautiful child friendly sandy beaches and coves. There is a new Pharmacy just 3 minutes away and just around the corner from there is the quaint harbour and ornate church.

It is a 5 minute drive from the ferry port in Skala Prinos and a 15 minute drive to Thassos Town with the new and old port. Here you will find a wonderful selection of cafes, bars and tavernas and there are plenty of shops to buy local souvenirs. Enjoy the market at Prinos every Monday morning where you can buy anything from local produce, clothes and souvenirs of Thassos.

Sleep

The top floor consists of a large double room, bathroom and big terrace with table and chairs. The ground floor has a double room and a twin room with 2 single beds opening out to the swimming room - perfect for that early morning swim. The lounge has 2 double sofa beds ideal for children.

Eat

The fully-equipped kitchen / dining room is situated on the middle floor and has everything you need to make picnics and meals. You can decide to enjoy your meals on the balcony overlooking the sea or in the garden with beautiful mountain views.

Relaxation

Right beside the maisonette is a very large swimming pool with sun beds ideal for a swim and a perfect place to build up your tan. There is a garden with beautiful views of olive groves and mountains along with a built in barbecue. This is a perfect place to eat and relax in while the children play after a long day at the nearby beach. There is free parking outside the Maisonette.

Entertainment

The open plan living room leads to a balcony overlooking the pool and sea. It has a satellite TV with Greek, German and English channels and a DVD player where you can watch some of your favourite movies when you’ve finished exploring the beautiful outdoors and beaches of Thassos.

Olga’s local taverna, within walking distance, hosts a traditional Greek night with music, dancing and plate smashing most Thursday nights during June, July and August.

There is a washing machine available for your use in the Maisonette.
