This 3-floor maisonette is a gentle 5-minute walk from Golden Beach and Skala Potamia’s village center. It is part of a small, tucked-away international community where local Thassians and foreign nationals live and spend their summer holidays. The main peripheral road of the island is just around the corner from this development, giving you quick and easy access to the whole of Thassos and its many beautiful sea-side and mountain villages as well as beach resorts. The community shares a parking area that is right next to the development.

Chloe is spacious and well-decorated, promising to make you feel at home during your holidays on Thassos. The top floor consists of two bedrooms, one balcony and a bathroom with a bathtub. The third bedroom of the villa is in the basement and has a double bed and sofa bed. The middle floor consists of a big living room, a dining area with a fully-equipped kitchen, a veranda with a barbecue, a bathroom with shower facilities, and a large balcony. The garden is shaded by a beautiful olive tree and has a short fence all around which makes it ideal for keeping small children safe and close by.
